The recipients include 200 households ridden by difficulties in Sung Thai commune of Yen Minh district and Ta Phin commune of Dong Van district.
In the past few days, frost and snow in the localities have damaged crops, adding further complications to the lives of local residents.
Deputy head of the committee Le Van Lan said he hopes that local authorities will continue to help residents prevent the impacts of the cold on their lives and livestock, surmount difficulties and sustainably eliminate poverty.-VNA
