The amount makes up 52 percent of the total investment of almost 346 trillion VND. Meanwhile, 21 percent will be poured into cement and construction material, 9.3 percent in technical infrastructure and 8.5 percent in power plants.
Nearly 50 trillion VND (2.3 billion USD) will be injected in development investment in 2011, the first year of the plan, an increase of 37 percent over 2010.
The ministry also plans to continue reforming administrative procedures to speed up investment projects, especially construction of housing for low income earners./.
