Reference exchange rate goes up on October 11
The reference exchange rate on October 11 was set at 21,987 VND for one USD, up 17 VND from the day before.

The rates listed by banks remained stable in the early opening hours.
The buying rate listed by both Vietcombank and BIDV were 22,265 VND per USD, while the selling rate was 22,335 VND.
Meanwhile, Vietinbank raised its rates by a slight margin to 22,265 – 22,335 VND per USD (buying-selling).-VNA
