Reference exchange rate kept unchanged
The State Bank of Vietnam set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,256 VND/USD on March 27, unchanged from the end of last week.

With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,923 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,589 VND per USD.
In the opening hours, commercial banks made slight changes to their rates.
Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,745 VND/USD and the selling rate at 22,815 VND/USD, down 5 VND.
BIDV set its buying and selling rates at 22,750 VND and 22,820 VND, per USD, unchanged from the end of last week.
Meanwhile, Vietinbank offered its buying and selling rates at 22,740 VND and 22,820 VND, per USD, up 5 VND. – VNA
