Reference exchange rate rises further
The VND/USD reference exchange rate for November 15 was set at 22,086 VND for one USD by the State Bank, up 19 VND from the day before.

Rates listed at commercial banks in the opening hour also went up compared to November 14.
At Vietcombank, the rates were listed at 22,310 VND (buying) and 22,380 VND (selling), or 15 VND higher than the rates on November 14.
Vietinbank raised both its rates by 5 VND to 22,310 VND (buying) and 22,380 VND (selling).
Both the rates listed by BIDV were raised by 25 VND, to 22,310 VND (buying) an 22,380 VND (selling) for one USD.
Eximbank increased its buying rate by 35 VND to 22,315 VND and selling rate by 15 VND to 22,375 VND one USD.-VNA
