Sports festival promotes solidarity of Vietnam students in RoK

Republic of Korea (RoK) hosted a sports festival on May 10 in
celebration of national reunification day 40 years ago.

Republic of Korea (RoK) hosted a sports festival on May 10 in
celebration of national reunification day 40 years ago.
The event drew over 300 Vietnamese students from 12 universities and research institutes in the southern RoK.
Participants had an opportunity to join various events such as table tennis, badminton, football and art and cultural exchange activities.
It was sponsored by the Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC), Ulsan University ’s International Relations Department and the Vietnam Students Association.
Head of the Vietnamese Students Association Nguyen Cong Long said the event aimed to promote solidarity and mutual understanding among Vietnamese students.-VNA
