Swedish films to entertain Vietnamese movie goers
Swedish Film Week will take place in Hanoi on June 9 and Ho Chi Minh City on June 11, as part of several cultural activities to mark the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese-Swedish diplomatic ties.

The week will include six newly-produced films, including “Desmond and the Swamp Barbarian Trap”, “The Butterflies”, “Darling”, “Storm”, “Kids in da Hood” and “Suddenly”.
The Swedish film directors plan to hold a series of meetings and talks with Vietnamese movie buffs during the week.
Speaking on the occasion, the Swedish Ambassador to Vietnam, Rolf Bergman, said he was proud to introduce the films to Vietnamese audience and expressed his hope that the event will help to promote cultural exchanges between the two countries./.
