“We will agree on things that can be agreed on, and for things that are hard to agree on, we will put them aside and take (our) time,” Kim Young-tak, head of the RoK's 16-member delegation, was quoted by Yonhap news agency as saying.
The talks took place at the joint park in the DPRK's border town of Kaesong on the same day.
According to the RoK Unification Ministry, Seoul 's priority is the case of a detained worker who has been held incommunicado since March.
Over the first two rounds in June 11 and June 19, the two sides exchanged their demands and proposals, and the third round is expected to be a litmus test for the possibility of narrowing differences, Yonhap said.
The joint park hosts more than 100 RoK firms making clothing, kitchenware, electronic equipment and other labor-intensive goods with about 40,000 DPRK workers, according to the agency./.
