Vietnamese to head management team at Asian Cup finals
The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) said on January 6 that its Vice
Chairman Tran Quoc Tuan has been appointed as head of the management
team of the upcoming 2015 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Asian Cup
finals, scheduled to take place in Canberra, Australia, from January
9-31.

finals, scheduled to take place in Canberra, Australia, from January

AFC also assigned VFF General Secretary Le Hoai Anh as a member of the tourney’s supervisory board.
Tran Quoc Tuan currently serves as Vice Chairman of the AFC Competitions Committee and a member of the Futsal Committee of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA).
In 2014, he was
assigned as head of the management team of men’s and women’s football at
the Asian Games in the Republic of Korea. Tuan was also the first Asian
appointed to the management board of the FIFA Futsal World Cup finals
in Thailand in 2012.-VNA
