Reference exchange rate goes up 6 VND
The State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,137 VND per USD on November 25, up 6 VND from November 24.

With the current + /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,802 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,473 VND per USD.
In the opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,670 VND per USD, and the selling rate at 22,770 VND per USD, up 80 VND.
Rates were listed 22,660 – 22,760 VND/USD at Eximbank, up 20 VND and 30 VND, respectively, from the day ago.
In Techcombank, the rates were listed 22,650 – 22,795 VND/USD, up 100 VND and 95 VND.
BIDV offered the buying rate at 22,680 VND per USD and the selling rate at 22,780 per USD, up 70 VND.-VNA
