Thai Nguyen, RoK’s Gyeongsangbuk-do celebrate 20th anniversary of cooperation
Thai Nguyen and Gyeongsangbuk-do first signed a friendship cooperation agreement in 2005. In 2019, both sides inked a memorandum of understanding to broaden cooperation based on respect, equality, and mutual benefit.
