Party General Secretary To Lam presented the 45-year Party membership badge to former Politburo member and former permanent member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee Tran Quoc Vuong, and 40- and 30-year badges to some others, at a ceremony in Hanoi on November 28.
