According to the organising board, the entries focus on environmentalproblems, feasible solutions for rectifying them and proven examples ofenvironmental protection work.
Organisations andindividuals from across the country who have made films on Vietnam’senvironment, including, videos, documentaries, feature films andcartoons, are being encouraged to take part.
The deadline for the entries is November 20 and the awards ceremony is scheduled for December.
Nguyen Thai Lai, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmentsaid that in recent years, the ministry has held many competitions toraise public awareness of the importance of protecting and improvingVietnam’s environment. All the winning entries will be used to helpprotect the country’s environment.
