77 Years of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day: "Disabled, but not useless"

“Disabled, but not useless” is a phrase of encouragement and praise that President Ho Chi Minh has given to the war invalids, who sacrificed part of their bodies for the national independence and freedom. Following Uncle Ho’s teachings, tens of thousands of war invalids across the country have overcome illness and challenges to become examples of diligence.
