Vietnamese swimmer Nguyen Thi Anh Vien came in fourth in the finals of the women’s 200-metre medley event at the 2015 FINA World Cup Paris-Chartres on August 16 in France, slower than the bronze winner - Zaiser Liz of Austria - by 1.02 seconds.
The 19-year-old swimmer finished the 200-metre in 2:14:01, performing below her personal records.
The gold and silver medal winners, Hosszu Katinka and Zakabos Zsuzsa, respectively, are both from Hungary.
Vien is scheduled to compete in her strong 400-metre medley event on August 17. She recently won a silver medal during the 2015 FINA (International Swimming Federation) World Cup Moscow in Russia earlier this month.-VNA
