On the afternoon of October 29, 2025, State President Luong Cuong and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation arrived in Busan, the Republic of Korea (RoK), beginning their programme to attend the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders’ Week and conduct bilateral activities in the country.
