Arts programme takes place in Vung Tau

An arts programme with theme “Chung Mot Bau Troi” (Sharing a Sky) was held on April 9 in the southern city of Vung Tau as part of the third International Kite Festival.

The programme, which also included with the support of sound and light satisfied the spectators.

The 120-minute event introduced traditional and modern kites fromVietnam and 20 countries and territories across the world.

A kite procession along with the song “Sharing a Sky” by Ngo Hong Tien marked the end of the event.

Vietnamese sports delegation leaves for ASIAD 20 in Japan

The Vietnamese delegation comprises 496 members, including athletes, coaches, experts, officials, doctors and medical staff. The teams will depart in several groups depending on their competition schedules, with the largest group expected to leave on September 16. The squad has set a target of winning at least four gold medals at ASIAD 20.
