The ASEAN–Korea Centre (ARC) will hold a series of activities this year to celebrate the 25 th anniversary of the dialogue partnership between the bloc and the Republic of Korea (RoK).
ARC Secretary General Chung Hae-moon reported this while meeting with ASEAN Secretary General Le Luong Minh in Jakarta , Indonesia on January 22, expressing his hope that both sides will work closely together to mark the event and promote bilateral ties.
Minh, for his part, hailed ARC as a key channel to foster the ASEAN–RoK relationship via mutually beneficial cooperation in economic and socio-cultural terms.
ASEAN and its Secretariat will further liaise with the RoK and ARC, especially during the 25 th anniversary celebrations, he said.-VNA
