ASIAD 18: Vietnam wins first silver, ranking 16th in medal tally

Vietnam got two more medals at the ongoing Asian Games 2018 in Indonesia, raising its total medals to four but it still dropped to the 16th place in the medal tally as of 10pm of August 20.
