Australia on November 9 defeated hosts Vietnam 3-0 to take the only ticket from Group C to the women's AFC U19 Football Championship finals.
The visitors opened the score in the ninth minute from a penalty, captain Amy Harrison having no problem beating Vietnamese custodian Tran Thi Hai Yen.
Yen had a hard-working day as the Vietnamese defenders did not seem focused despite being peppered with Australian attacks. She had to pick up the ball from the net in the 55th and 80th minutes.
Australia won all three matches and topped the group with nine points. Vietnam stayed in second place on six.
