Australian Questacon show spurs sci-tech interests

A Spectacular Science show of Questacon is underway in the central city of Da Nang on April 16-18, as part of activities to mark the 40th anniversary of Vietnam – Australia diplomatic ties.
A Spectacular Science show of Questacon is underway in the central cityof Da Nang on April 16-18, as part of activities to mark the 40thanniversary of Vietnam – Australia diplomatic ties.

Held by Australia’s National Science and Technology Centre, known asQuestacon, the event displays 46 interactive exhibits, which helpexplain diverse topics relating to science and technology, includinglight and sound, human biology, force, and motion.

Questacon’sshow will also be taking place in Ho Chi Minh City from April 24-27. Earlier,it was organised in  Hanoi from April 10-13.

Besidethe show, a series of seminars featuring science-technology training aswell as Vietnam – Australia education partnership are also held,looking to help Vietnamese teachers hone in their interactiveprofessional skills.-VNA
