Ben Tre tourism sector ready to reopen

The Mekong Delta province of Ben Tre plans to restart tourism activities after nearly two years of closure due to COVID-19. The so-called “Coconut Mecca” is now preparing the measures necessary to ensure the safety of visitors.

As a prominent tourism destination in Ben Tre, the Lan Vuong Ecological Tourism Complex in Ben Tre city is ready to reboot activities by renovating the site and reactivating the gaming centre.

More than half of the 162 tourism companies in Ben Tre have registered to reopen. The province is also boosting cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City to create tourism links between the two, attracting visitors under the “Single Route - Multi Destinations” motto.
