Bookworm bookstore together with the Hanoi Cooking Centre will put on an afternoon of jazz music, traditional banh chưng (sticky rice cake) making and to he (toy figurine) sculpting in the run-up to Tet.
Hanoi (VNA) - Bookwormbookstore together with the Hanoi Cooking Centre will put on an afternoon ofjazz music, traditional banh chung (sticky rice cake) makingand to he (toy figurine) sculpting as part of their annualcelebrations in the run-up to Tet.

As it is all about the traditional festival, the January 28 event will featurea calligrapher and Tet horoscope print maker, as well as free mulled wine, Tet-themedsangria and Tet sweet treats.

A jazz band will play from 2pm to 4pm, followed by sticky rice making andtasting, hosted by a village elder.

Throughout the day of celebration, there will be 15 percent discount on allbooks and stock at Bookworm, as well 10 percent off all HCC cookbooks andcooking class.

Moscow to host Vietnam Culture Festival for first time

Festival-goers will be treated to performances of Vietnamese water puppetry, enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and take part in creative cooking workshops. Photo exhibition highlights Vietnam–Israel cultural ties

Running from July 11 to 24, the event is part of activities marking the 32nd anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Israel (July 12, 1993 – 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the Vietnamese diplomatic sector (August 28, 1945 – 2025).

Play brings President Ho Chi Minh's legacy to Russian audiences

The show took place at the Grand Hall of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. It was presented by the Le Ngoc Theatre with the support of Vietnam’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia, as part of the Vietnam–Russia Friendship Symphony art programme.

Chu Dau pottery wows APEC guests in Hai Phong
