Ceremony held to welcome Canadian PM Justin Trudeau

A ceremony took place in Hanoi on November 8 to welcome Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who is on an official visit to Vietnam from November 8-9 at the invitation of PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
