Youth team coaches from Chelsea football club will teach football and fitness skills to 180 Vietnamese kids at Hoa Lu stadium in HCM City this weekend.
Coaches Chris Woodward, David Paul Monk, James Lambdon and Sam Hubert have international coaching certificates in addition to experience training young talent at the Chelsea Soccer Schools.
Participants include students from schools and football clubs in the city.
The programme, financially supported by Samsung Corporation, aims at developing a love of football and improving the physical strength of younger generations. Vietnam is the fifth destination for the programme, after Ghana, Ivory Coast, the Republic of Korea and Japan./.
