Students and staff from local enterprises in the southern coastal province of Ba Ria - Vung Tau took part in a competition on August 17 celebrating 40 years of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic ties.
The challenge was the opening activity of the province’s Vietnam-Japan cultural week, which has been named “Ba Ria-Vung Tau – Japan: Companionship and Development”
Eight participating teams performed Japanese songs and dances and revealed their knowledge of Japanese culture and people.
After the competition, the event’s organisers awarded the top two prizes to the Vietnam Maritime Safety Corporation and Ba Ria – Vung Tau’s Customs Department.-VNA
