The third cuisine festival of Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK) will be held in Hanoi from Nov. 27-28.
The festival aims to celebrate the 18 th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries.
“Bun cha” (rice noodle with grilled meat) and “nem” (spring rolls) will be the main dishes of Vietnamese food at the festival, while “kimbap” and “kimchi” will be the featured foods of the RoK.
Besides food, traditional folk games, fine arts and handicrafts of the two countries will be introduced at the festival.
The organising board of the festival will also sell food and hold a lottery to raise funds to support children with heart disease and flood victims in central Vietnam./.
