The best films were honoured at the closing ceremony of the Da Nang Asian Film Festival 2025 (DANAFF III).

Themed “DANAFF – Bridging Asia”, the festival aims to honour outstanding cinematic works with rich humanistic value, fresh perspectives, and unique artistic expression. It also seeks to connect and nurture emerging talent in Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.

Jointly organised by the Vietnam Film Development Association (VFDA) and the Da Nang People’s Committee, the event will feature around 200 screenings, the organisers said at a press conference held in Hanoi on June 3.

Audiences will have the opportunity to engage in discussions and meet filmmakers and artists behind these powerful works.
