The death toll of typhoon Conson that ripped across the Philippines ’ main island on July 14 has climbed to 22 while 57 people were reported missing and 20 others were injured.
The death toll of typhoon Conson that ripped across the Philippines ’main island on July 14 has climbed to 22 while 57 people were reportedmissing and 20 others were injured.

The typhoon,packing maximum wind gusts of 120 kilometres an hour, uprooted trees,damaged traffic infrastructures and caused large track of blackout.

Millions of people will have to live with the poweroutage in at least two days, said a spokesperson of the PhilippineElectric Corporation.

According to the PhilippineMetrological Service, the typhoon will get stronger and head west intothe South China in the next 24-48 hours./.
