Eight Vietnamese artists have been selected for the final round of a painting contest launched by the Denmark-Vietnam Cultural Development and Exchange Fund (CDEF).
According to the Danish Embassy’s announcement on October 1, the finalists include Dao Anh Viet, Luong Van Trung, Le Tran Tuan Anh, Nguyen Hong Phuong, Pham Tuan Tu, Le Hoang Bich Phuong, Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Nguyen The Hung.
All entries will be posted on the website http://www.cuocthitainang2010.com and be displayed at an exhibition on October 18 at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts.
The public can view all the entries and favorite artists and works at the website. There is also a 2-million VND prize for the best comment.
