An exhibition entitled “Communist Party of Vietnam through Congresses” opened in Hanoi on Jan. 11 to mark the 11th National Party Congress and the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival.
Organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the event provides domestic and foreign visitors a chance to further understand the different periods in the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam as well as about President Ho Chi Minh through 800 films, photos and documents.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Huynh Vinh Ai, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the documents on display highlighted great achievements made by the Party and the Vietnamese people over the past 80 years./.
