Bui Thang Long, an overseas Vietnamese in Japan , who participated in the on-going congress of overseas Vietnamese entrepreneurs in Hanoi , welcomed the establishment of the Overseas Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Association (OVEA) as the Party and State’s strong manifestation of concern over the overseas Vietnamese community.
