Hanoi (VNA) - A barber and many young boys in Hanoi have a unique way to show theiradmiration toward footballers amid the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Nguyen Dzung has now turned his barbershop in HongMai street in Hanoi’s Hai Ba Trung district into a popular venue for footballfans during the World Cup.

Many young men have asked him for special haircutswith images of footballers.

With eight years of experiences and artisticinstinct, the special haircuts are a piece of cake for Dzung.

Firstly, he sketches a picture on his client’s head.Then he uses scissors and trimmers to finish it. It takes one to three hoursfor the barber to complete a haircut.
“The thicker and longer the hair is, the morebeautiful the haircut is, said Dzung, owner of the Boss Barbershop. “For Asianpeople with thin hairs, it takes more time to complete the haircut,” he added.

Fans of the sport are happy to stay for a few hoursjust for a haircut.

Nguyen Xuan Duong, a client of the barbershop saidhe was pleased with his new hair style with image of his idol.

“My haircut features Dudu Lima because I admire hisgreat technique and style of play.”

Another client, Pham Quang Huy,  said he chose Sergio Ramos as the defender hadmany times successfully saved his team from their rivals’ attacks.

The trend has been spreading among football fans.The haircut also pulls people closer to each other during the sports event.-VNA
