A gastronomy festival showcasing the diversity of Vietnamese and international cuisines will be held on December 10 at the Van Phuc Diplomatic Compound in Hanoi.

Hanoi (VNA) - A gastronomy festival showcasing the diversity ofVietnamese and international cuisines will be held on December 10 at the Van PhucDiplomatic Compound in Hanoi.

Organised by the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps at the Ministry ofForeign Affairs, the festival will feature more than 100 booths presentingtraditional and international dishes. Several embassies, foreign culturalcentres, agencies of the Foreign Ministry, and enterprises will participate in thisannual event, which began in 2014.

Festival-goers will also be able to buy handicraft products and souvenirs fromcraft villages, or enjoy music and art performances from different countries.

The festival will run from 7am to 3pm. The Van Phuc Diplomatic Compound is at298 Kim Ma street.-VNA
