Demand for retail space will boom in the next two years as foreign retailers continue to expand their businesses in Vietnam, says Pham Hong Long from Hapulico Real Estate Investment Company.

Hapulico, a trade centre and office and apartment complex, slated to open its doors late next year on Nguyen Huy Tuong Street, is expected to meet the increasing demand for office space in Hanoi in the coming years, Long said.

The complex will provide 36,000sq.m of retail space and over 30,000sq.m of office space for lease. Project construction began in May 2009./.
