Hanoi (VNA) – Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son received new Cuban Ambassador toVietnam Orlando Nicolás Hernández Guillén in Hanoi on July 23.

Theminister asked the diplomat to uphold activities of the Vietnam – Cuba Inter-GovernmentalCommittee and other bilateral cooperation mechanisms as well as promote measures to expand and enhance bilateralties in fields that match each side’s potential and strengths, particularly health care, COVID-19 vaccine supply and vaccine production technology transfer./.
