Da Nang (VNA) - French photographerRéhahn Croquevielle will open his photo exhibition, The AgelessBeauty photography, at Da Nang’s Fine Arts Museum on June 6-18.

Réhahn told Vietnam News that the exhibitionwill open at 4.30pm with a book signing session at 78 Le Duan street in Da Nangon June 6.

He said 26 of his photos will be displayed.

Entrance to the exhibition is free from 7.30amto 5.30pm through June 6-18.

The French photographer also launched his latestprivate art gallery at 26 Phan Boi Chau street in the ancient town of Hoi An inearly January.

“I was inspired to do this project because Ibelieve there are many layers to a person and that their years and their longlife story enrich the lives of others. It feels even more true here in Vietnam, where I find old women incredibly strong. They worked hard most of their life, but despite the hardships, they are not only very warming, kind and generousbut also extremely funny, and cheeky as would young girls,” he said on hisFacebook page.

“They say that ‘beauty is in the eye of thebeholder’ and as a photographer, I think that there is something thattranscends the modern perceptions of what beauty is. I want to show you thedeeper side of humanity, something that has ageless beauty,” he continued.

The museum hopes that the exhibition would luretourists during busy summer holidays.-VNA
