The Prime Minister, Permanent Government members have asked relevant parties, to swiftly finalise Vietnamese standards and regulations for high-speed railways, by referencing and adopting international standards.
PM Pham Minh Chinh pointed out the slow development and issuance of standards and regulations for high-speed rail despite four prior directives from the PM.
Vietnam welcomes Chinese enterprises, including the CCECC, to actively collaborate with Vietnamese firms to improve competitiveness in terms of technology, quality, and cost-efficiency as they engage in the investment and construction of high-speed rail lines in Vietnam.
