Thestudents will deliver scholarships and gifts to disadvantaged students,provide free health care services to the needy and build transport worksin rural areas.
The campaign sets the goal of paving40 kilometres of rural road with cement, upgrading and building tenrural bridges, dredging eight canals and fixing electricity problems for1,000 poor households, among others.
According toPham Hong Son, deputy secretary of the municipal committee of the Ho ChiMinh Communist Youth Union, this year, the summer campaign will beclosely coordinated with other ongoing social projects to expand thepositive impacts.-VNA
