VIP tourist train connecting Hai Phong and Hanoi launched
Vietnam Railways (VNR), in coordination with the Hai Phong municipal authority, held a ceremony on May 10 to launch a high-quality train named "Hoa Phuong Do" (Red Flamboyant Flower or Poinciana).
