Tens of thousands of visitors and local residents joined Cao Dai followers at the “Hoi Yen Dieu Tri Cung”, the biggest festival of the Cao Dai sect, in the southern province of Tay Ninh on September 17 night.

Officials from the Government’s Committee for Religious Affairs on September 20 visited and offered congratulations to representatives of the Cao Dai Temple (Tay Ninh Holy See) in Ho Chi Minh City on the occasion of the religion’s biggest festival - “Hoi Yen Dieu Tri Cung”.

Cao Dai followers in the southern province of Tay Ninh and neighbouring localities celebrated their biggest festival in the year to pray for good weather, national peace, and prosperity on October 1 – the 15th day of the 8th lunar month.
