Hanoi (VNA) - A blaze took place at a house in Metro Manila of the Philippines in early morning on October 5, killing at least four trapped residents.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection, the fire broke out at a populous village in the northwestern Taguig city at around 4 am.
It was put out 40 minutes later, the bureau said.
