Int’l Nhat Nam martial art congress held in Russia

Nhat Nam martial artists from Russia, Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine have gathered in Moscow for the fourth international congress of the martial art which has its origin in central Vietnam.
Nhat Nam martial artists from Russia, Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine have gathered in Moscow for the fourth international congress of the martial art which has its origin in central Vietnam.

The nine-day congress, which wrapped up on May 1, aims to improve the skills for its members and increase exchange among martial artists from all over Russia and other members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Since first introduced in Russia in the early 1990s, Nhat Nam has attracted thousands of followers in Russia and the CIS. The Nhat Nam Martial Arts Federation in Russia was set up by Ngo Xuan Binh, a doctor who is working in Russia. The federation aims to connect all Nhat Nam branches and clubs around Russia, Belarus, Lithuania and Ukraine.
