The Japanese Government signed a contract on Dec. 10 to give aid to hearing impaired children at the Thuan An Centre for Handicapped Children in the southern province of Binh Duong.
The 105,870 USD contract aims to build a two-storey house with ten special education rooms, to help the children develop their listening and speaking capabilities to enable their integration into the community.
