Kazakhstan ’s national airline Air Astana will open a direct air route to Ho Chi Minh City in December, the airline announced in Ho Chi Minh City on July 18.
There will be two flights weekly from Ho Chi Minh City to Kazakhstan via Bangkok ( Thailand ).
The new service is expected to help boost commercial and tourism relations between Vietnam and Kazakhstan .
Air Astana has selected Vietway Aviation Company to be its official agent in Vietnam , in charge of ticket sales, promotion and market development.
Previously, Emirates Airline started flying direct between Ho Chi Minh City and Dubai ( United Arab Emirates ) on June 4 with one flight daily.-VNA
