Kon Tum: Xo Dang-Xo Teng ethnic people celebrate water piping festival

Xo Dang-Xo Teng ethnic people in Tu Mrong district, the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum, celebrate many traditional festivals throughout a year, including water pipe building festival.
