Language Link offers English course for police

Corporate Link, a subsidiary of Language Link, has opened an English course for officers of the Police General Department for Crime Prevention and Control and the People’s Police Academy in Hanoi.
Corporate Link, a subsidiary of Language Link, has opened an Englishcourse for officers of the Police General Department for CrimePrevention and Control and the People’s Police Academy in Hanoi.

This is the first course of an English training project targetingVietnamese police, with the support provided by the Australian FederalPolice.

The project aims to meet the demands forpreventing and combating crimes in an environment of integration andcooperation between national police forces.

According tothe Police General Department for Crime Prevention and Control,improving foreign language skills would help Vietnamese police forcesbetter cooperate with their foreign counterparts in investigations,information sharing and legal assistance./.

Over 1.2 million students begin national high school graduation exam

Under the current examination format, candidates are required to complete the mandatory Literature and Mathematics tests, along with a combined test comprising two subjects selected from a range of options, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Foreign Languages, History, Geography, Technology-Industry, Technology-Agriculture, and Economics-Law. Students may also choose to take a foreign language different from the one studied at school.
