Hanoi (VNA) – President Tran Dai Quang on July 14 sent a message of best wishes to Sultan of Brunei Haji Hassanal Bolkiah on the occasion of his 72nd birth anniversary (July 15, 1946-2018).
On the same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also extended his wishes to the Sultan.
