A ceremony was held in Hanoi on August 22 to honour outstanding businesses and business executives.
Present at the event Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung presented golden cups to 42 brilliant business executives.
As many as 50 businesses gained the reputation for successes they have made in productivity, quality, socio-economic efficiency, technological renewal, and environmental protection.
Also at the event, 29 businesses were honoured for sparing no effort in making and developing their trademarks.
Cao Ky Kiem, President of the Vietnam Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Association, said these awards look to encourage Vietnamese and foreign-invested businesses to make quality commodities and establish prestigious trademarks in service of consumers inside and outside the country./.
