Photo exhibition brings Asia closer to Moscow

As many as 150 photos on the land and people of Asian countries, including Vietnam by Russian photographer Sergey Kovalchuk are on display at an exhibition that opened in Moscow on Nov. 16.
As many as 150 photos on the land and people of Asian countries, including Vietnam by Russian photographer Sergey Kovalchuk are on display at an exhibition that opened in Moscow on Nov. 16.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Bui Dinh Dinh said the exhibition helps solidify the friendship among nations. Sergey Kovalchuck said he is impressed by Vietnam as a stable, safe and friendly country. He also expressed his wish that he would have a chance to explore more beautiful sites in Vietnam. On the occasion, the Russian photographer introduces two photo books on Indochina and Southeast Asian regions. The event will go on till December 7./.
